Laundry Pickup and Delivery in Mesa, AZ
For commercial accounts, we come to you. Your laundry gets collected from your business and comes back washed, dried, folded, and ready to use.
Who this is for
Pickup and delivery is a commercial account service. It is for businesses with recurring volume: rental properties, salons, restaurants, gyms, care facilities, clinics.
If you are a household looking to have laundry collected from your door, that is not something we run. What we do offer is drop-off wash dry fold at $1.99 a pound, brought in before 1:30pm. We would rather tell you that plainly than have you fill out a form and wait for a call that disappoints you.
Why collection is the part that actually saves you money
Businesses focus on the per-pound number when they compare laundry options, and then quietly absorb the driving.
Count it properly. Somebody loads a vehicle. Drives across town. Unloads. Drives back. Does it again on collection. Call it an hour and a half of staff time per round trip, twice a week, and you are paying for most of a working day every month in driving alone. Plus fuel, plus the vehicle, plus that person not doing their actual job.
Collection removes the entire line item. The laundry leaves your premises and comes back clean, and nobody on your team touches a steering wheel.
Where we collect
Across the East Valley: Mesa, Apache Junction, Gilbert, Scottsdale, Tempe, Chandler, Queen Creek, and Gold Canyon.
We are on East Main Street in Mesa, so the eastern side of the valley is closest to us and easiest to schedule tightly. If you are outside these cities, call and ask. Depending on your volume it may still work.
How a collection schedule works
Most accounts settle into a fixed rhythm. Twice a week is common. High-turnover rental operators and busy salons often want more than that, particularly through peak season.
We set the schedule with you when the account opens, around your actual pattern rather than ours. A restaurant's heavy day is not a gym's heavy day, and a short-term rental's week is built entirely around checkout times.
Seasonality matters here more than people expect. Across Mesa, Apache Junction, and Gold Canyon, the snowbird months from roughly October to April change volume substantially for anyone serving visitors. Tell us what your season looks like and we will build the schedule around the peak, not the average.
What we need from your end
Collection runs smoothly or badly depending almost entirely on a few practical details agreed at the start.
A collection point. One spot where laundry is left, every time. A back room, a closet, a corner of the store room. When it moves around, things get missed.
Access. A door code, a lockbox, a key with a neighbour, or a member of staff who is reliably there at the collection time. Short-term rentals almost always run on a lockbox and that works fine.
A drop point for clean returns. Usually the same place, but not always. Rentals often want clean linen going straight into a specific closet.
A named contact. One person we call when something needs a decision. Not a general inbox.
Bags or bins. Whatever you already use is fine. Most accounts settle on two sets so there is always one out and one back.
What the first week looks like
The first collection is the one where we learn your business, so expect a bit more contact than usual.
We collect on the agreed day. We work through what you sent and note anything worth flagging, stains that will not shift, items that should not have been in there, fabrics that need different handling. You get it back on schedule and you look at how it has been folded and sorted.
Then you tell us what to change. Almost every account adjusts something after the first run, usually the folding or the way it comes back sorted. Say it early and it becomes how we do it permanently.
By the second or third week nobody is thinking about laundry, which is the point.
Peak season, and why it should be in the schedule from day one
Across Mesa, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon, and the east side generally, the winter visitor season from roughly October through April changes volume substantially for any business serving visitors. Rentals fill up. Resorts fill up. Restaurants are busier. Salons are busier.
For laundry that means a schedule built on your July volume will fall over in January. We would rather set the account up knowing your peak and scale back in the quiet months than have you short of clean linen at the exact moment you are fully booked.
Tell us what your season looks like when we quote. If your business runs the other way, busiest in summer, tell us that too.
The rhythm is different in every industry
A restaurant's heaviest laundry day follows its heaviest service, usually the start of the week. A short-term rental's entire schedule is built around checkout times, which cluster on particular days and leave a hard deadline before the next guest. A gym generates the same volume every single day with almost no variation. A salon peaks late in the week.
We build the schedule around whichever of those you are, rather than dropping you into a fixed route that suits us.
What comes back
Washed, dried, folded, and sorted the way you need it, ready to go straight onto a shelf or into a room. Tell us how you want it organised when we set the account up.
